Don Staats - General Manager
Don’s career in radio began in 1972 as an on-air personality. From there, Don made a stop in Radio news before settling on the direction of sales. Having working in sales for a few years, the opportunity came to manager a station in 1980. Then in 1983, Don purchased his first radio station; successfully operating it until 1997. From that time forward, except for two years in Broadcast Television, Don has either managed or owned several radio stations, as well as an outdoor advertising company. Don and his wife Karen reside in the Parkersburg area. Don and Karen have 2 married daughters, one lives in California, and the other residing in Texas.

Chuck Helmick - Sales Manager
Chuck has a strong background in business management and knows what it takes to successfully market a business. His marketing background covers over 25 years. He has a Masters Degree in Corporate Communications from West Virginia University. He teaches Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications and Audio Production at WVU Parkersburg. Chuck came to Results Radio from cable media and prior to that he was the Chief Communication Officer for Rotary International District 6690 for 7 years and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Chuck is the President of the Board of Directors for Westbrook Health Services and serves on the Boards of The Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber of Commerce of the Mid-Ohio Valley. He lives in Vienna with his wife of 36 years, Deanna. He has two children, Chip and Chelsea.

Charles Roberts - Account Manager
Charles has been working for Results Radio for over 20 years. He started his career in radio in Parkersburg, back in Oct. of 1995 and continues serving the Parkersburg/Marietta Radio Market to this day. He is a graduate of Fairmont State College. In his free time, he likes exercising, skiing in winter time and fishing in the summer time as well as doing some community theater any time. He's is a member of the Parkersburg Lions Club.
Amy Landis - Account Manager
Amy McCarty Landis resides in Belpre. She is a graduate of Parkersburg High School and Ohio University with a degree in Journalism. Her major concentrated on Advertising, while she holds minors in both English and Marketing. Most of her advertising career has been spent in the print media, including over 15 years as an Account Executive with a local area print media company. Amy made her move to radio broadcast media by joining the Results Radio team in 2007 where she continues to happily serve her clients.

Rodney Ortiz - Account Manager
A U.S. Army veteran, Rodney attended Ohio Valley University. Began his radio career as an announcer in 1982 at 95.9 The Ranch in Fort Worth, Texas. He continued his career in Parkersburg/Marietta as Program Director and Operations Manager for a five station group until joining Results Radio as an Account Manager in 2018. Rodney comes to Results Radio with over 35 years experience in radio.
